About me

SuzanneHello. My name is Suzanne Visser and I am a teaching assistant at the research group Meteorology and Air Quality at Wageningen University. I live in Wageningen, a small city in the province of Gelderland. With a relatively large university in a small city, and lots and lots of foreign students, it is quit a unique place to live.

I was born and raised in Uithoorn, a town about 20 km south of Amsterdam. I attended primary and secondary school in Uithoorn, and did the bachelor Environmental Natural Sciences at Utrecht University in Utrecht. During my second and third year a lived in a student apartment in Utrecht. In Wageningen I did the master Environmental Sciences with a specialization in Meteorology and Air Quality. During my master I lived for about half a year in Ireland. There I did an internship at the Centre for Research into Atmospheric Chemistry at University College Cork in Cork.
