Chemistry paper JOC’s 14th most cited of 2007

Back in 2005, I visited the Universitat de Girona in Girona, Spain for five weeks, as part of my master’s program. The research that I did there resulted in a paper in the Journal of Organic Chemistry (JOC). My master thesis supervisor just informed me this paper went on to become the JOC’s 14th most cited paper published in 2007. In other words, out of all 1500 or so papers published in JOC in 2007, only 13 have been referenced more often by other scientists than ours. Not bad!
