Foggy forest

A forest. Fog. Me and my camera.

  1. Hi!

I´m doing a student project. I wonder if can use your photo as a backdrop for a music show. It´s going to be projected and I’m experimenting with different geometric shapes on top of it. I would love to use this images if I get your permission. This is a pro bono project. Thanks for your time.

  2. Hi, I was wonder if I could use your picture for a cover for one of my stories for fictionpress.com. These photos really set the mood for my story and what it is all about. If I could use it, I would really appreciate it.

  3. Hi again! Is it alright if I use your photo on my social media sites (cover photo/Twitter background)? By the way, what kind of camera do you use?

  4. Hi Ruud,

I’d like to use your photo as part of a wiki-based writing assignment, in which students choose the image that best fits a short story (Kate Chopin’s “The Story of an Hour”). I’d also like to link to the larger version of the photo itself.

    Thanks for your consideration.

  5. Can I use this picture as backdrop for a website I’m building to entice my girlfriend for a hike so I can propose to her? Thanks in advance :)

  6. Bravo, Ruud! Amazing photos. Can I use the foggy forest for an unit plan for teachers? Goes perfect with a story titled “Young Goodman Brown”. Thanks for your consideration.

  7. Hi,
I’d like to use your image#2 as a base inspiration for the background of an album cover I am painting. I plan to doctor it quite a bit, and simply try to retain the great foggy effect and up-angle you’ve captured. I also plan on altering the fg trees to suit my subject, and likely change the lighting and coor. Not sure how much of your original photo will be recognizable, but just wanted to ask first.
Thank you sir, very beautiful work!

  8. Was hoping to have your permission to use your bottom image for my blog background and business card. My main website has a similar theme but I cannot seem to use their background for my blog.

  9. Hey there, I came across this picture on google images, played around with it as a background for an image, searched again for it to add credit and saw this page.
Please let me know if it’s okay to use the image as a background with credit, i’ve altered the colour and the focus mostly.

    thank you

  10. Hi-Your pictures are beautiful! I was hoping to use one of your photos as the cover profile on my Facebook page. Would that be ok? Thank you!

  11. Hello!
Absolutely struck by your photography. I love these black and white forest photos. I was wondering if I would be able to possibly use your picture for an album art I am currently working on for a local musician or possibly as a band flyer for a future show. Thanks!
